Park at Kestle, or a bit further on past where there is a layby for three cars.
Head north along the road, and bear left over the cattle grid, down the hill until the path is signposted to your left You will soon find yourself down on the banks of Frenchmans Creek with all the trees flowing down to and covering the tidal edge. Keep walking, south now, and follow the trail up the left bank of the creek until it heads inland – this will take you back to Kestle and the road that you drove down. Turn left to return to your car, and seek refreshment in the New Inn.
Or the other way round!
